Great garter for all grade levels , It can be dressed up and designed to make it your own.
Mums will include
- Extra Large Crown with designers choice of ruffle, designer loops, or both!
- 20" Base Ribbons in school colors or white with your accent colors.
- Premium metallic and specialty ribbon in accent colors to add extra "SPARKLE"
- 1 Military Braid
- 5 Premium Braids of my choice
